Cold brew is the latest trend in the world of caffeine consumption, but if you’re not interested in spending a fortune each day on buying coffee from the store, there’s a simple way to yield your own homemade cold brew that’s just the way you like it!
- 3½ cups coarse ground coffee
- 2¾ cups cold water
- Combine the ground coffee and water in a pitcher. Stir until the grounds are dispersed, and store in the fridge for at least 12 hours.
- Remove from the fridge, and slowly pour the mixture through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth, until the majority of the grounds are removed.
- Enjoy over ice with your preferred cream and sugar ratio!
