Coffee is a morning pick-me-up that most of us depend on, but in the summer it’s nice to mix up our usual cup of joe for something more refreshing. These coffee-flavored frozen pops are just the solution!



  1. In a small bowl, mix ⅓ of the heavy cream with 1 tablespoon of sugar, and pour into the bottom of each ice pop mold. Freeze for at least one hour.
  2. While the cream is freezing, mix the rest of the cream and sugar with the cold brew coffee, and keep chilled.
  3. When the cream is hardened, fill the molds the rest of the way with the cold brew mixture. Freeze for another 4–5 hours, or overnight.
