Mushrooms, spinach, garlic—this ramen has everything you crave in a hearty casserole dish, and no one would ever guess it only took a packet of ramen and a few extra ingredients to make it!
- Heat up a little olive oil in a saucepan. Add the mushrooms, spinach, and garlic, and sauté until mushrooms are golden.
- Pour in cream of chicken soup and water, and continue to cook. Once simmering, add in the ramen noodles, and cook until soft.
- Top with Italian seasoning and green onions.
