Simple Turkey, Cranberry and Pecan Salad


Don’t settle for dry, reheated turkey. This scrumptious recipe for turkey salad mixed with cranberries and pecans will save you from the bland leftover blues.


Ingredients:

  • 2 cup cooked turkey breast, diced
  • ¼ cup pecans, chopped
  • ¼ cup celery, chopped
  • ¼ cup dried cranberries
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl until fully combined.
  2. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
