Coffee is a morning pick-me-up that most of us depend on, but in the summer it’s nice to mix up our usual cup of joe for something more refreshing. These coffee-flavored frozen pops are just the solution!
- ¾ c. heavy cream
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 2 c. cold brew coffee
- In a small bowl, mix ⅓ of the heavy cream with 1 tablespoon of sugar, and pour into the bottom of each ice pop mold. Freeze for at least one hour.
- While the cream is freezing, mix the rest of the cream and sugar with the cold brew coffee, and keep chilled.
- When the cream is hardened, fill the molds the rest of the way with the cold brew mixture. Freeze for another 4–5 hours, or overnight.
