- Place the cubed apples in a bowl, add the lemon juice and a splash of water, and mix.
- In a saucepan, combine the cornstarch and the remaining water until blended. Add the sugar, spice mix, and cinnamon, and whisk.
- Pour the apples into the saucepan, cook over low heat for 25–30 minutes until tender, and serve warm with pie chips!
