Iced coffee doesn’t have to be just ice and coffee, but a drink that has a wide range of flavors. This spiced version takes what you love about your morning coffee and kicks it up a notch.
Ingredients: For the coffee
Ingredients: For the vanilla sweet cream
Ingredients: For the simple syrup
- Brew a pot of coffee to your liking, and refrigerate until chilled, about 2 hours.
- Whisk the ingredients for the sweet cream together, and add 2 tablespoons (or desired amount) to the coffee.
- For the simple syrup, bring all ingredients to a simmer on medium-high heat in a small pot. Remove from heat, and let sit for 3 minutes before removing the cinnamon stick and cloves. Add 1 teaspoon (or desired amount) to coffee, and mix well.
- Store any extra in the fridge.
