Bulgogi Steak with Kimchi Butter
This grilled steak recipe is loaded with creative Korean flavors. Thick steak is marinated in seasoned sesame oil, grilled, and topped with a homemade compound butter blended with kimchi, gochujang, garlic, and ginger.

Instructions:
- Combine butter ingredients in a food processor, pulsing until smooth. Scrape blended butter onto parchment paper, and roll into a cylinder. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Coat steak in salt, pepper, and sesame oil. Grill for 12–15 minutes, turning frequently for even grilling, or until desired doneness. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
- Top steak with sliced butter pats, and garnish with sesame seeds and scallions before serving.
Tip: For easy meal prep, make the kimchi butter ahead of time and store in the refrigerator until ready to use.
