Pan Bagnat is a traditional Mediterranean sandwich from the Provence region of France. Loaded with tuna, hard boiled eggs, tomatoes, olives, and cucumbers, dressed with a honey dijon vinaigrette.

- In a medium bowl whisk together garlic, capers, dijon, honey, oil and vinegar until blended.
- Evenly distribute tuna, tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, artichokes, green beans, eggs and basil leaves to the split baguette. Drizzle with dressing before serving.
