Soothing Mood Sprays
Winter can be a tough season to get through, especially if you live in an area that experiences the brutal cold. If you find yourself struggling to stay positive, aromatherapy is a great way to alleviate stress naturally, and is the perfect snowed-in activity.
For all sprays, combine 1.5 ounces distilled water, 1.5 ounces witch hazel, and 15–30 drops of various essential oils, in a spray bottle.
