Discovering crafts to make with your children that are both easy and affordable can be challenging. However, these DIY noisemakers hit the mark, and your children will enjoy making them just as much as they enjoy shaking them.
With just a few simple steps, these maracas will be finished in a couple of minutes, and you’re bound to find your kids shaking them well past Cinco de Mayo.
- Draw on the outside of each paper cup with the permanent markers.
- Fill the first cup with the dried pinto beans. The more beans you include, the more noise your maraca will make.
- Place a line of hot glue around the top edge of the cup.
- Place the second cup on the glue, and let dry.
