When it comes to traditional ramen, it’s not uncommon for cooks to add in some Sriracha or other spicy sauces. Seafood is also a popular addition, so why not do both? This upgrade swaps out the flavor packet for real shrimp and plenty of hot sauce!
- Bring the chicken broth to a boil, and add in the ramen noodles.
- Halfway through cooking, add the mushrooms, hot sauce, sesame oil, and salt and pepper, to taste.
- Continue to cook until noodles are soft. Pour into a bowl, and top with the shrimp and green onion.
