Hot and Spicy Ramen

When it comes to traditional ramen, it’s not uncommon for cooks to add in some Sriracha or other spicy sauces. Seafood is also a popular addition, so why not do both? This upgrade swaps out the flavor packet for real shrimp and plenty of hot sauce!

Ingredients

Instructions:

  1. Bring the chicken broth to a boil, and add in the ramen noodles.
  2. Halfway through cooking, add the mushrooms, hot sauce, sesame oil, and salt and pepper, to taste.
  3. Continue to cook until noodles are soft. Pour into a bowl, and top with the shrimp and green onion.
