What to do with all those Thanksgiving leftovers? Make these cute and tasty buns!
Ingredients: For the buns
- In a medium pot over medium heat, whisk together sparkling cranberry sauce ingredients. Bring to a low simmer and cook for 3–4 minutes. Set aside.
- Steam lotus leaf bao buns following manufacturer’s instructions and stuff with turkey, stuffing, and mashed potatoes. Top with sparkling cranberry sauce and garnish with cilantro and scallions.
Tip: Steamed lotus leaf bao buns can be found in any Asian market freezer section or online.
