Everyone’s favorite breakfast food gets a heavy dose of peanut butter and jelly in this recipe. If you thought French toast couldn’t get any better—think again!
- Prepare a peanut butter and jelly as usual, spreading a good amount of peanut butter onto one slice of bread, and jelly or jam on the other.
- Prepare the French toast batter by whisking together the milk, egg, vanilla, and cinnamon.
- Carefully dip both sides of the sandwich into the batter and place in a greased pan on medium heat.
- Fry the sandwich until golden brown.
