This flavorful cocktail is perfect for holiday gatherings. Cream is seasoned and steeped with ginger, molasses, cinnamon, brown sugar, and nutmeg before it’s chilled, shaken, and served. Crushed gingersnaps make for a cute and simple garnish, too!
Makes 4 drinks
- In a medium pot over low heat, whisk together gingerbread cream ingredients. Heat mixture for 5 minutes or until blended and sugar has dissolved. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Fill a shaker with ice, vodka, and coffee liqueur and shake until cold. Strain mixture into chilled rock glasses and stir in gingerbread cream. Garnish cocktails with crushed gingersnaps before serving.
Tip: The gingerbread cream is perfect for nonalcoholic beverages as well. Stir a little in your coffee for a seasonal sweet treat!
