The Healthy Fall Latte You’ve Been Waiting For
As it starts getting colder and darker, all you need for that midday pick-me-up is a warm latte to top off the fall-ness of your day. But it’s easy to overdo it on your daily sugar intake with those autumnal coffee drinks we know and (begrudgingly) love. That’s why we’re bringing you a healthy alternative while still keeping it sweet with two dynamite ingredients—turmeric and vanilla.
Ingredients
Instructions:

1. In a medium-sized pot, heat up the milk until it is hot, but not boiling.
2. Add in the vanilla, cinnamon, turmeric, and a pinch of black pepper, if desired. Stir well until blended.

3. Continue to whisk for 2-4 minutes until mixture becomes frothy (or use a milk frother for best results).


4. Pour into glasses and enjoy!
