Whether you serve it as a dessert or side dish, grilled cantaloupe will add a hint of sweetness to your summertime menu.
- Heat grill to high. Cut cantaloupe into 2-inch cubes, and slide onto metal skewers.
- Combine honey, butter, cinnamon, and brown sugar in a saucepan, and melt. Brush onto cantaloupe.
- Place skewers on grill, and cook for 1–2 minutes per side.
- Remove, and serve with remaining honey-butter sauce.
