These homemade hot pockets are a taste of childhood. Fluffy, flaky baked dough pockets are stuffed with mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, and pizza sauce.

Ingredients
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Place puff pastry on a floured surface and roll out. Cut dough into 8 even rectangles, and place 4 on a slightly greased cookie sheet (reserving the remaining 4 rectangles for the tops).
- Spoon pizza sauce evenly onto each rectangle, and top with mozzarella and pepperoni. Brush the edges with egg wash, and top with reserved dough. Press and seal the edges.
- Brush the tops with remaining egg wash, and sprinkle with Italian seasoning and Parmesan cheese. Bake for 15–20 minutes or until pockets are golden brown. Let rest for 2 minutes before serving. Serve with pizza sauce for dipping, and garnish with chopped basil.
