Tacos are delicious no matter what you fill them with, but for a break from traditional beef, try this simple shredded mango-lime chicken you can make right in the crock-pot for easy serving throughout any party!
- Place the chicken into a slow cooker, and sprinkle the taco seasoning, salsa, cilantro, and lime juice over top.
- Cover, and cook on high for 4–5 hours, or on low for 6–7 hours. Once finished cooking, take the chicken out and shred using two forks. Add some of the juice from the crock-pot back into the chicken, and serve with a delicious fruity margarita.
