- In a food processor, combine lime simple syrup, strawberries, and ginger. Blend until pureed, and pour mixture into a large bowl.
- Whisk in rosè, and pour into a large container. Cover, and freeze until slushy.
- Serve with mint sprigs, candied ginger, and fresh strawberries.
Tip: This recipe will take about 12–24 hours to slush up—depending on your freezer’s settings.
