Taco Tuesday gets a whole lot more fun when the circus comes to town. Claudio the Clown will make you laugh with his big, red nose (made from a cherry tomato) and his goofy green grin (created from an avocado slice).

1. 
   To make Claudio the Clown, you’ll need taco meat, shredded lettuce, a soft taco shell, black olives, a cherry tomato, and an avocado slice.
2. 
   Fill the middle of the shell with seasoned ground beef or turkey. Add the lettuce to the bottom portion of the shell.
   Fold the top half over to form a half circle.
3. 
   Slice black olives, and place two on top of the taco near the folded edge.
4. 
   Place a cherry tomato under the eyes.
5. 
   Add the avocado slice under the nose.
