Directions:

1. Cut fabric into two equal-sized shapes, with the size based on your intent. (For example, a heating pad for hands would be smaller than one used for headaches.)
2. Lay the shapes on top of each other with the print sides together, and pin in place. Sew around the edges, leaving a one- to two-inch opening.
3. Flip the fabric, turning it outside in so that the print side now faces out on both sides.
4. Add your filler and essential oil to a bowl, and mix well. Spoon the mixture into the pouch, and sew the opening to close the bag.

To use: Heat in the microwave for 15-30 seconds. Check to see if it’s warm enough, and repeat if necessary.
