This recipe is a super fun (and tasty) way to use up all that holiday fruitcake! Everyone will love this easy creamy frozen treat studded with cake.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the whole milk, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla until smooth and blended.
- Break apart the fruit cake slices into rough chunks, and loosely fill ice pop molds halfway with the pieces. Pour in the milk mixture into the molds until full.
- Add in ice pop sticks, cover, and freeze overnight.
