This recipe is a super fun (and tasty) way to use up all that holiday fruitcake! Everyone will love this easy creamy frozen treat studded with cake. 

Makes 6

Instructions:

1. In a large bowl, whisk together the whole milk, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla until smooth and blended.
2. Break apart the fruit cake slices into rough chunks, and loosely fill ice pop molds halfway with the pieces. Pour in the milk mixture into the molds until full.
3. Add in ice pop sticks, cover, and freeze overnight.
