Cubano Monte Cristo with Garlic Honey
This mashup between the classic Cuban sandwich and the monte cristo is fabulous. Ham, pulled pork, swiss cheese, and pickles are sandwiched between French-toast-batter-soaked-bread, spread with tangy Dijon mustard, and drizzled with garlicky honey.
