Cheesy Tortellini Skillet
Tortellini in meat sauce? Yes, please! If you’re cooking for a family of vegetarians, simply omit the ground beef. You can also add some sautéed veggies (think peppers, onions, mushrooms) for extra flavor.
Ingredients
Instructions:
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and ground beef, sauté until the meat is browned, and drain the grease. Season with the garlic salt and pepper, and sprinkle in 3 tablespoons of Italian seasoning.
- Scatter the tortellini over the meat, and pour the marinara sauce over the pasta and mix together. Cover the skillet and bring to a simmer. Reduce the heat to medium-low, cook for 20–25 minutes, until the pasta is tender, and remove from the heat.
- Add the Parmesan and ricotta cheeses on top of the pasta, cover, and allow it to sit for 5 minutes.
