- In a bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, paprika, olive oil, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
- Add in the chopped onions and chicken breasts, pour into a large, sealable freezer bag, and freeze.
- When ready to cook, place the mixture into a slow cooker, and cook on high for 4 hours, or on low for 8 hours—shredding the chicken after the first two hours.
Tip: Meal can be frozen for up to three months.
