1. 
   To make this fun lunch character, you’ll need two slices of bread, your favorite sandwich filling, a cucumber, red pepper, an almond, two raisins, and thin strips of carrot.
2. 
   Make your favorite sandwich, and cut it into a circle using a cookie cutter or knife. Remove the pieces cut away, leaving the center.
3. 
   Place two slices of cucumber on the sandwich toward the top edge.
   Add raisins on top of the cucumbers to form pupils.
4. 
   Place the almond under the eyes in the center of the sandwich.
5. 
   Cut a slice of pepper, and add it under the nose.
6. 
   Peel thin strips of carrot, and place them on the plate so they touch the top edge of the sandwich.
