Attention, all inspiration-seekers: we’ve got a way to keep you motivated day after day. You won’t need much inspiration to make your own motivational quote jar—it’s so easy!

Print the list of quotes from inspirational people, cut them out, and add them to the jar so all you need to do is pull out a piece of motivation whenever you feel you need it.

Directions:

1. Download and print the quote pages on white or light-colored copy paper at home or send it to a local copy center.
2. Following the light gray lines, cut out all fifty quotes, trying not to read them while cutting (as you’ll ruin the fun for later).
3. Fold each strip of paper into fourths and place in the jar. You can also cut out the label at this time, and then adhere it to the jar with the double-sided tape.
4. Grab a quote any time you feel a lack of motivation! Place the quote back in jar after reading, save it somewhere special, or give it to a friend who needs it.
