This simple, cheesy, savory breakfast casserole is a great pot luck option for any gathering. Challah bread is soaked in cream, and filled with spinach, swiss cheese, goat cheese, and parmesan.
- Preheat oven to 400° F. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, cream, milk, nutmeg, salt, pepper, and hot sauce until smooth. Fold in spinach, garlic, onions, and cheeses until combined.
- Fold in challah bread until coated, and press into a 13×9-inch casserole dish. Bake for 25–30 minutes or until the inside is fluffy and the outside is golden-brown.
Tip: Prep ahead of time and bake the morning of for a piping hot, perfect casserole.
