S’mores on a Stick
Searching for a unique party treat that won’t keep you in the kitchen for hours on end? Try this unique twist on a campfire favorite that you can make in under fifteen minutes.
Ingredients
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 325°F.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, then break the whole graham crackers in half and place them in an even layer. Top half with approximately 8 chocolate chips per square and the other half with a marshmallow on each.
- Bake for 6 minutes or until the chocolate has melted but is not runny.
- Remove from the oven. On each marshmallow-topped cracker, place a stick followed by a chocolate-topped cracker to complete the s’more.
- Add the crushed graham crackers to a bowl. Heat a few inches of water in a saucepan over low heat, set a glass bowl on top, and add the chocolate wafers. Continually stir until the chocolate melts, about 6–8 minutes.
- As soon as the chocolate liquifies, remove it from heat and begin dipping the s’mores into the bowl, coating just the top half. Then immediately dip the chocolate-covered end into the crushed crackers for added garnish.
- Allow the s’mores to cool for about five minutes, and enjoy!
