Refreshing Fruit Punch
With its high water content, watermelon is one of the best fruits to eat on a hot summer day. This punch features a refreshing hint of watermelon flavor, served in an adorable watermelon “bowl,” that’s sure to keep guests cool.
Ingredients
Instructions:
- Cut ⅓ of the watermelon off the top, and hollow out the inside.
- Puree the chunks of watermelon you remove, and then press through a strainer to make the juice. Tip: You may find it helpful to do this in several batches.
- Into the watermelon bowl, combine the sparkling water, pineapple juice, and watermelon juice. Stir to mix. Refrigerate before serving, about an hour.
