   To make this fun and nutritious meal, you’ll need a slice of circular flatbread, a hard boiled egg, a cheese wedge, a slice of pepperoni, and a red pepper.

   Begin with a circular piece of whole grain flatbread.

   Slice the egg, and remove the yolk. Place two of the egg white slices on top of the flatbread where the eyes should be.

   Cut the cheese into a triangle shape, and place it on the bread beneath the eyes.

   Cut a slice of pepperoni in half, and place it under the nose so that it forms a smile.

   Cut the pepper into short strips, and put them on the plate touching the top edge of the flatbread.
