Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 350ºF. Grease two baking sheets, and set them aside.
2. In a large bowl, lightly beat the egg, and then add in the cake mix and whipped topping. Mix well, and roll into small, 1-inch balls. Roll in powdered sugar until coated.
3. Place the dough about 1 inch apart on the baking sheets. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until edges appear firm. Be careful not to let them brown. Top with sprinkles, if desired.
