Salsa is the perfect summer dip—but there’s only one thing that can make it better—adding seasonal fruit! With crisp apples, juicy pineapple, colorful strawberries, and kiwi, it’s a great addition to any cookout!
- Prep the fruit—remove caps from strawberries, and peel kiwis.
- Dice all of the fruit into small pieces, and combine together in a small bowl.
- Add the sugar and pineapple juice. Mix completely.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight. Serve chilled.
