- Cook the bacon to your preferred level of crispiness, crumble, and set aside.
- Break up the ramen noodles slightly, and cook according to package instructions. While the noodles are cooking, soft boil the egg, and cut it in half.
- Top the cooked ramen with the shredded cheese, egg, crumbled bacon, chives, salt, and pepper.
