What’s sweet, and salty, and tastes just like fall? A ham and apple quesadilla with apple butter for dipping, that’s what!
- In a heated skillet, grill the ham for 30 seconds until lightly browned. Set aside.
- With the same skillet, melt the butter to grease the pan. Place the tortilla in the center, sprinkle the cheese onto one side, and arrange the ham and apple slices on top. Fold over to create a semi-circle.
- Continue to cook until each side of the tortilla is golden brown. Remove from heat, and cut in half.
- Serve with your favorite apple butter spread.
