- In a medium pot over medium heat, whisk together sparkling cranberry sauce ingredients. Bring to a low simmer and cook for 3-4 minutes. Set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, sear pork belly for 4-5 minutes, flipping once, until golden brown, slightly crisp, and cooked thoroughly.
- Steam lotus leaf bao buns following manufacturer’s instructions. Stuff steamed buns with pork belly and top with sparkling cranberry sauce and scallions before serving.
