Underwater Music Festival – Florida Keys
A festival for music lovers and…deep sea divers? In the Florida Keys, that’s exactly what this festival encompasses. Music plays from underwater speakers while divers, and those above water, enjoy the sonic sounds. There’s usually a theme attached to each year’s event, making it an even more unique festival to attend.
Artscape – Baltimore, MD
As the name suggests, this festival is all about the art—whether sculptures, exhibits, paintings, crafts, or whatever else those involved wish to put on display. Admission is free, with this year’s theme being “Youth Day.” But kids or no kids, the visual creativity will have everyone feeling inspired. Enjoy the various works of art, the good food, and the various performances taking place over the course of the weekend.
Gilroy Garlic Festival – Gilroy, CA
If garlic is your seasoning of choice on any given dish, head to Gilroy, California, for their annual garlic festival to really stimulate your senses. With chefs from Iron Chef and MasterChef, arts & crafts vendors, and a garlic showdown to top it off, this festival will have your mouth-watering from miles away.
Twins Day Festival – Twinsburg, OH
Are you an identical or fraternal twin? Are you one of triplets, quadruples, quintuplets, or more? The annual Twins Day Festival in Ohio is the largest gathering of twins worldwide, and encourages any and all pairs of twins to show up in full force (and in costume). This year’s theme is “Two-Player Mode”, and dressing as your favorite video game character duo is encouraged!
