This fun street-food-style mashup combines Midwestern frito pie casserole with a burrito—loaded with chili, cheese, fritos corn chips, and refried beans, and then topped with tomatoes, onions, jalapeños, cilantro, and sour cream!

- Evenly fill flour tortillas with chili, fritos, corn, beans and cheese. Roll into a tight cylinder and tuck in the ends.
- Heat a large skillet or griddle over medium high heat and lightly grease with pan release spray. Sear the burritos, seam side down, for 3 minutes or until golden brown, flip and sear for another 3 minutes.
- Serve burritos with assorted toppings.
