Fresh fruit in summer is hard to beat—unless you have a grill, which can let you take your fruit to the next level. Glazed with sweet honey and sprinkled with creamy feta, this pizza is truly a treat in itself!
- Make sure the grill is thoroughly cleaned and set to a very high temperature.
- Use a skillet knife to cut the watermelon into 1½-inch-thick rounds. Place on the grill and cook 3–4 minutes on each side.
- Plate the watermelon slices, and drizzle with honey. Sprinkle on some of the mint and feta, and cut into individual slices for serving.
