- Heat water to boiling and pour into a large pitcher. Stir in peach juice, lavender sprigs. Add tea bags and steep for 1 hour.
- To prepare simple syrup, combine sugar and water in a small pot over medium heat. Bring the mixture to a boil and simmer until sugar dissolves, stirring frequently. Add simple syrup to pitcher and stir.
- Remove tea bags and chill the tea with ice or by refrigerating. Serve in tall, ice-filled glasses garnish with lavender and peach slices.
Tips: Like your tea super sweet? Increase the simple syrup ingredients to 1 cup of sugar and 1 cup of water. Not a sweet tea fan? Remove the syrup altogether.
