Is there a better way to cool down from the summer heat than to sip on an icy drink? Water is always a great option, but you can also add a unique taste to the mix by making these delicious mojito pop drinks! Perfect for all ages, this nonalcoholic take on the classic cocktail combines citrus and mint so the taste is as cool as the drink is cold.
- Cut 9 limes in half. Carefully squeeze the juice from each half into a pitcher. Cut the last lime into wedges, and reserve for garnish.
- Add the water and the soda to the pitcher. Stir to combine.
- Muddle the mint leaves to release their flavor, and add to the pitcher. Set aside for a couple minutes to allow the flavors to combine. Stir well before serving.
- Add ice to each serving glass, and carefully pour the drink into each glass.. Serve with lime wedges and straws.
