Let’s be honest—we all could benefit from a new taco recipe in our lives! With these vegan tacos, cauliflower acts as the perfect blank filling canvas to dress up with an abundance of spices and creamy slaw.

- Pre-heat the grill.
- To make the slaw, mix all ingredients, except for the cabbage and carrots, together until a creamy sauce has formed. Add the cabbage, and mix until coated. Place in the refrigerator until ready to use.
- Mix the cauliflower florets in olive oil, garlic, chili powder, and cumin. Grill for 20 minutes over high heat.
- Add the cauliflower to the taco shells, and top with a few dollops of slaw.
