- Combine warm kohlrabi in a food processor with cream, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth, and keep warm until ready to bake.
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Stir together the brown butter hazelnut crumb ingredients, forming a crumbly mixture.
- Spoon mashed kohlrabi into an oven-safe casserole dish or skillet, and top with crumb. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until crumb is golden brown. Serve warm.
