- Preheat the grill to medium-heat. Slice mangoes in half, and score the flesh in a diagonal pattern.
- Brush flesh with oil, grill on one side for one minute, and flip.
- Remove pieces, and drizzle with lime juice. Sprinkle with salt and chili powder.
